Resourcing & Development Manager

Clyde & Co opened its first office in the Middle East in 1989. Since then, the firm has established one of the region’s most successful practices with over 100 fee-earners based in its Abu Dhabi, Doha and Dubai offices.

As part of an HR team of six, this role is key to the planned expansion of the Dubai office. Duties will include sourcing staff from established markets such as the UK, Australia and New Zealand as well opening up new channels in the local region. In addition to recruitment, you will be responsible for trainee solicitor development and graduate recruitment activities including Emiratisation initiatives.

Suitable candidates for this role will be of graduate calibre with a strong track record in resourcing and development ideally gained within a professional services firm. You will have the ability to advise and influence partners and managers with a calm, confident and professional approach to your work.
