This global bank has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join their well regarded HR function. Specifically working with a global client base in the technology space, this role will provide a full suite of HR services at a senior level. The total number of stakeholders will be c.800. Principally, you will be required to work very closely with the leadership team of your client area to identify, design and implement a range of HR initiatives. Key areas of responsibility will include influencing senior leaders in employment matters to affect positive outcomes for the business; generation of relevant organisational development initiatives; running of cultural engagement programs; analysing a number of workforce metrics and delivering solutions through this data. You will also take ownership for succession planning and the resourcing strategy as the business continues to grow both organically and through acquisition. You will have responsibility for 2 team members. Some of the key characteristics that suitable applicants must possess are gravitas, tenacity, maturity, and pragmatism. You will have had proven experience of working with a leadership team, delivering on a range of strategic issues, but also be comfortable with rolling your sleeves up when necessary. It is a delivery focused team and you will be expected to hit the ground running. Experience in financial services or the IT sector is a strong preference, but credibility is the key. If you can build effective relationships quickly then you will get exposure to some extremely interesting projects and flourish in a succession-oriented company. |
