This technology group within this global financial services business is currently restructuring and growing its Learning and Organisational Development division. As a result, an outstanding opportunity exists for a senior L&OD professional to lead a team of 4 and drive a positive learning culture across the division. With over 2,500 staff and a presence in more than 15 countries this is a truly global role. You will help shape and deliver culture, capability and development initiatives at all organisational levels Key aspects of the role will include designing and implementing a strategic L&D framework for the group; driving a range of OD projects in leadership, performance and talent management, culture and engagement; team management; providing customised projects for specific business divisions. You will report into the Global Head of L&OD for the Technology Group and will need to build strong relationships with all of the business’ executives and senior managers. Suitable candidates must have eight years’ experience in delivering a range of strategic learning and development and OD initiatives. Tertiary qualified, you will have experience of facilitation and design and a good network of 3rd part vendors. Your approach will be pragmatic and you must be prepared to balance operational and strategic work. Experience within the technology and/or financial services sector will be highly regarded. |
