Compensation & Benefits Analyst

A global leader in the software arena and with over 5,000 employees globally, this successful and innovative organisation are seeking a talented remuneration and benefits professional to take on a newly created R&B Analyst role for the APAC region.

Reporting to the HR Director Asia Pacific and working closely with the global Compensation & Benefits corporate team, the focus of your role will be to develop, maintain and advise on reward strategy – aligning this with business objectives to drive performance and enable attraction and retention of the best talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice and support to key business stakeholders regarding the full range of remuneration and benefits programs.
• Development and management of the sales compensation plan.
• Completing remuneration survey requests for the organisation, sourcing appropriate and accurate data.
• Undertaking ongoing research and data analysis to source accurate market comparison data for salary benchmarking processes.
• Coordination and implementation of new local and global remuneration and reward initiatives.
• Provision of regular remuneration and benefits reports to management to ensure effective decision making.
• Full coordination and provision of advice to Managers regarding the Annual Remuneration Review.

Tertiary qualified with a HR-related degree and possessing a minimum of 5 years remuneration and benefits experience, you will be a tenacious and results driven individual. With strong interpersonal, project management and planning skills, you will have excellent statistical and analytical ability and prior experience of managing sales compensation plans across APAC will be essential.
