Join this leading firm in a role that will allow for scope and exposure across a challenging and dynamic client group. An opportunity currently exists for an experienced HR Manager to work closely with the business at both an operational and more strategic level within an HR function. This is an excellent opportunity to directly influence and take end to end ownership of shaping and executing the HR projects. This will involve HR Metrics, headcount management, project and operational business partner initiatives. This role is focused on service delivery, a mixture of operational HR and new strategic project initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for the division, your diverse range of responsibilities will cross all elements of the HR generalist skill-set, and will involve working very closely with senior business heads. To succeed in this role you will have previous HR experience in the financial services, professional services or legal industry. Possessing a high level of attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you will be a professional and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With excellent communication skills and a strong record of delivery as an HR generalist you will ideally have previous experience working within a data driven, Business Partner role. |
