The Recruitment Process

A recruitment process usually involves:
  • An initial meeting at your offices to define in detail a full brief in terms of your organisational culture and the nature of the human resource executive that you are looking for.
  • Assessing and agreeing the most effective and timely manner to source suitable candidates within an agreed timetable and specification.
  • Identifying target candidates through the agreed methodology. Interviewing all prospective candidates in order to assess suitability/right character/personality fit for your organisation. Preparation and presentation of background data and information.
  • Setting up all interviews and ensuring that candidates are fully prepared and informed. Discussion on all first round interviews including candidate feedback and agreement of future action
  • Coordinating all final interviews and conduct offer negotiations.
  • Ensuring smooth transition period for both the successful applicant and client.
  • Conclusion session to discuss feedback.

This is one of the deliberate, founding principles of our firm, and enables us to provide both candidates and clients with impartial, honest and constructive advice. We have always believed that long-term working relationships are paramount, and have structured our own remuneration policy to prevent this being compromised in any way.
