Amy Carsen

Amy graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2003 and began her HR career with Burberry covering all areas of HR while studying part-time for her CIPD at Westminster University. Amy moved into the recruitment field focusing on senior HR roles and then specialising in Reward. She went on to recruit in-house for Harrods and joined the Frazer Jones Reward team in 2008.

Helen Snowden

Helen graduated with a History degree from the University of Wales, Swansea in 2006. After university, Helen worked as a Resourcer for G2 Search before joining Frazer Jones on the Graduate Scheme in March 2007. Helen is now a consultant on the Reward team, recruiting at the junior level of this market up to £45,000.

Liz graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, where she developed her interest in Human Resources. Prior to joining Frazer Jones in April 2006, Liz worked as a Research Consultant at an Executive Search firm. Liz recruits at the mid-level of the market (salaries of £45,000-£70,000) on the Reward team.

Martin Otter

Martin graduated from Leeds University in 2004 with a degree in Philosophy and Sociology. Before joining the group, he spent two years in retail with HMV at an in-store buying and merchandising level. In October 2006, he joined Frazer Jones on the Reward team, and now recruits at the junior level of this market up to £45,000.

Matt Brooks

Matt graduated from the University of Surrey in 1998 with a degree in French, Spanish and European Studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 and was an Expatriate Tax Consultant, specialising in UK and US income tax and social security for expatriates. He was based within the Financial Services Team of the International Assignment Solutions department within PwC before moving to Frazer Jones to set up the Reward division in Oct 2004. He was promoted to Group Manager in January 2008 and recruits at the senior end of the market for salaries of £70,000 and over.
