Carol Bates

Carol Bates joined Frazer Jones in March 2006 to work within the executive team, recruiting HR professionals earning between £75,000-£200,000, covering both generalist and specialist roles. She joins from Courtenay HR where she spent 3 years recruiting HR professionals. Prior to that she spent a number of years working in house at Booz Allen and at Tite and Lewis, Ernst & Young’s legal arm. She began her career at Michael Page where she spent 4 years recruiting finance and tax professionals. Carol is a graduate with dual Honours in Human Resource Management & Sociology and is Lic CIPD. Carol was promoted to Manager in July 2007.

Fiona Rooney

Fiona graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with dual Honours in English and History. She joined Frazer Jones in November 2007 from Bank of America where she was part of their in-house resourcing team. Prior to this Fiona worked for 5 years at Robert Walters in Sydney recruiting Banking Operations professionals.

Fiona is currently responsible for recruiting executive level HR professionals with salaries of £70,000 to £200,000.

Jenni McCann

Jenni graduated from Aberdeen University with an Honours degree in Psychology, and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Napier University in Edinburgh, gaining her CIPD. After 4 years in pharmaceutical recruitment, she joined a boutique search firm and was responsible for managing and developing their HR recruitment capability. Jenni joined Frazer Jones in May 2002, moved into Manager and Group Manager roles, and now is the Partner for Frazer Jones in London.

Mark Brewer

Mark is the founding partner of Frazer Jones, established in 1996, and has been actively involved in its development since that date. Mark is still involved in the recruitment of senior director moves.
